1. Scope and current services
This initial policy describes the TradeOutput company website. Today, you can use a free Position Size Calculator, read about products in development, submit the early-access form and contact us by email. There are no customer accounts, paid purchases, brokerage connections or active AI features on this website. Future product applications may have additional notices explaining their own processing.
2. Website visits and technical information
A website request can include your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, referring information and request time. Hosting infrastructure may process this information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. Vercel is the intended hosting provider. Its actual deployment settings and log retention should be reviewed before the public launch. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are installed in this version.
3. Position Size Calculator
The calculator processes account size, entry and stop prices, risk and position limits, trade direction and optional targets in your browser. Our calculator does not send these inputs or results to a TradeOutput server, store them in browser storage or connect to a brokerage. Values are held in the current page and reset when the page is reloaded. Please do not enter account identifiers or other information the tool does not request.
4. Early-access email requests
With your consent, our server sends your email address to Klaviyo to subscribe you to TradeOutput pre-launch emails. We use single opt-in; no confirmation email is required. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. This does not create a TradeOutput customer account.
5. Contact and support communications
If you email TradeOutput, we receive the address you send from, your message and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to understand and respond to the inquiry, troubleshoot a problem and maintain relevant correspondence. Our business email architecture may use Microsoft 365. Do not send passwords, brokerage credentials, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Email services involved in delivery also process messages under their own terms.
6. How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate and protect the site, remember privacy choices and respond to communications. Service providers may process information necessary to perform those functions. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation or to address fraud, abuse or a security incident, as applicable. This version does not include advertising pixels or data-sale integrations. Any materially different use or sharing should be disclosed before it starts.
7. Cookies and your choices
We use localStorage to remember necessary, analytics and marketing preferences. Optional categories default to off. You may accept, reject or customize them and return to Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time. Consent to optional tracking is separate from agreeing to receive email. The Cookie Policy describes the actual storage key and its validity period. Allowing a category does not activate a provider that has not been installed.
8. Future accounts, purchases and AI
Planned services may include Supabase for accounts and data, Stripe for payments, analytics providers for site measurement, and OpenAI or other providers for AI-assisted product features. None of those integrations currently receives account, payment, calculator or AI prompt data from this website. Before any integration is enabled, TradeOutput will need to document the data involved, purposes, providers, choices and applicable terms. Future AI features must explain how submitted information is processed rather than assuming a particular privacy or training policy.
9. Retention and security
Cookie choices are valid for 180 days in the browser; expired choices are ignored until you choose again. Calculator values last only in page memory; email addresses and subscription records are stored in Klaviyo to manage email updates and unsubscribe preferences. Support correspondence and operational records should be retained only for the purposes for which they are needed, including applicable legal requirements. Specific retention schedules for deployed services must be confirmed as those services are configured. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no website, email channel or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Requests and user choices
You may clear your browser storage or revise optional categories through Cookie Preferences. Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have rights relating to personal information, such as access, correction, deletion or objection to certain processing. Email Joseph with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and understand which records you mean. Do not send identity documents unless a secure and appropriate process has first been arranged. You can unsubscribe from TradeOutput marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.

TradeOutput is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent information to TradeOutput, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. Age-related obligations and procedures will be reviewed before account or payment services are launched.
Joseph@TradeOutput.com12. International visitors
TradeOutput may be accessed from different countries. Hosting and communications providers may process information in locations different from your own, where laws may differ. Provider locations and any required transfer arrangements must be reviewed for the actual services and markets before broader commercial launch. This draft does not claim certification under any international privacy framework.
13. Changes and privacy contact
This policy will be updated as the website and its services change. The Last Updated date identifies the current draft. Material new processing should be explained before activation, with additional notice or consent where applicable. For general privacy questions or requests, contact Joseph at the address below.
